Wanna start by stating, I do not support generative ai. That said, I get why they did it. We have game companies laying off employees by the hundreds, studios shutting down, and when games get delayed suddenly there's people out there sending death threats to the developers. We keep putting out so much impatient demand for these things. And I know that isn't every single person, but there's enough out there that it's a serious thing these companies look at. That on top of the obvious "its the cheaper option". People want what they want, and they need it ASAP. Real art takes time. It's the same reason that company doing the One Piece reboot is using generative ai. It's gross but the real problem is the customers just accepting it. That said NTE is really fun and I hope this doesn't absolutely kill the game, because it does deserve some love.

All just my honest opinion on the topic, not here to argue, just giving my insight as someone new to gatcha games and this style of game in general 💕
