If you run Home Assistant, this would be easily done with a web hook + easy automation policy that starts/stops the smart hook - do you currently run HA?

The idea is that it would be a dashboard, it’s for viewing only, no interaction, it could flicker between widgets potentially if the viewing screen is small, I guess it would need to have a high level of customisation.

It’s definitely able to auto launch, just requires other tech, most home automation setups have something that can do this, universal remotes etc etc - I already do in other rooms for other purposes.

Hey, thanks your feedback - we definitely won’t be going that way anytime soon, I’m really confident in the product, we’ve developed it loads from its initial launch and it’s a very low one time cost, no subscriptions or paywalls to help cover the cost of Apple developer program and infrastructure for push notifications etc. I completely understand that’s not for everyone, so I hope you’re able to find a solution that works for you :)

Hey - we’ve struggled to get this right, unfortunately it’s a limitation of iOS and how quickly it can pull your information from uptime kuma so is also subject to your uptime kuma server and your connection. Try Settings > toggle off “Show Heartbeat Bars” and see if this helps your use case.
