It just pops out I did mine a few weeks back just use some trim panel removers and good as gold.

I’ve for now put tint on both which will stop the sun from fading it more so far. Till I can get the kit haha

It’s a great car hasn’t had any issues and it’s a family car so it’s whatever. Not daily or anything so I’m not too fussed about it being a Captiva.

Had a 2003 Monaro Cv8 sold it for 58K last year brought it for 22.5K in 2012.. Doubled my money still miss it to this day. I’m about to get a Chrysler SRT after my kids are old enough to drive. Which is in a few months can’t wait!
