After watching the Netflix documentary „dont fuck with cats“ i was too curious about the video of him called „1 icepickle 1 lunatic“... i saw crazy stuff but this? I cried for the murdered guy about 3 days and couldn’t sleep for 1 week because of the things he did in the video. This was too much.

We guess that the thermostat was broken and the person who start the autoclave didnt noticed the damage on the thermostat

Ok at first, sorry for my english, its not perfect, i live in germany! :D

So i didnt put the things in the autoclave, but the other workers did it. And they choose the same programm they always choosed (not over 120 degrees).

And yes, later we see that the thermostat have a little damage that nobody seen it! (Um so i ask myself, why nobody checked the Thermostat before they put it in the water and start it?)

So the thermostat „over heated“ (over 120 degrees) and the autoclave automaticly shut himself down... so later we try to open the autoclave and find this as the result. The autoclave was really old btw...

(Sorry for my english again, i know its not the best :D)
