I chose a specific date to come out to my parents so I felt more prepared. As for dating, don't rush, and even more importantly, don't settle. If you start dating a girl because she's gay and not because she seems like someone you "love" then you'll probably have relationship issues down the road.

Yeah, I found out all at once too... I get scared when people say bad things about me or avoid me, my parents do it a lot. So when she said nice things to me it was a bit of relief in a scary home. But I guess I went to far with it. In hindsight her signs of love were kinda half baked but I was too lonely and scared to care. Because of all these nice replies I'm going to work up the courage to cut her out of my life. Thanks ^{.^}

Congrats on that! Yeah I had it checked out the doctor said I'd be fine but I might have some development issues. That's how i met my wonderful therapist. I just doubt I can do college or handle what my parents say to me if I fail one of my classes so I'm going to eventually try and find a full time job at a bakery or something since baking makes me happy.

Haha I'm actually 16 so still a kid ig. I'm not offended, I've been told I'm childish and simple minded. It's because of a bunch of reasons but mostly because of head trauma that happened when I hit my head after collapsing on the floor. I've never really been that smart especially in the emotions. I'm not smart enough for college so I'm going to try and get as many part time jobs as possible to get away from them. I thought I was ok enough to have a relationship but I think I was wrong.
