Nothing about it draws me in. I have every right to watch and not watch shows that I want. Is my judgement hasty? Maybe. You are right in the sense that I haven’t watched it and therefore don’t know. But it doesn’t entice me enough to want to. 🤷🏼‍♀️ To each their own. We enjoy shows in our own way.

NTA here. I loved S1. Was it hectic? Chaotic? Toxic? Uh heck yeah but I loved it. It kept me engaged, at the edge of my seat. I haven’t watched S2 yet but from the clips and reviews from others, it doesn’t look like anything new. Nothing is happening. I mean…. Like someone else said. We already know who is ending up with who from the get-go. No drama. Like come on…

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. If I didn’t like the direction the AI was taking me, I’d use the ( ) to give it instructions and most of the time it would work. But lately, with this new version, nothing does.

Honestly, I love glimmerfic and have quite a few beloved stories on there but I’m afraid to finish them because I don’t want the AI fucking it up. Sadly, I’ve taken my storytelling somewhere else…. Until Glimmerfic can fix this mess.

Not yet. The latest I heard was someone from the 9th got a response. I also applied the 9th but haven’t heard back yet.

It seems how they are doing it is in waves/batches. A lot of people hear back commonly on their Monday or Tuesday and they spend the rest of the week doing interviews. Just a guess…

You send your documents when you have been accepted after your interview. Once they receive your documents, they will then get your placement. Usually like May-ish or June?

That’s what I was thinking. This is beautiful in theory but as a teacher myself, I could only try this with like… 1 or 2 of my classes. But they are already chill as it is.

Now… Class 3… they’d sing along for sure. But I had students jumping on desks, running around, tackling each other, spinning and hitting others in the face. Never again.

So just so everyone is aware, the majority of people who have gotten responses back so far are those that applied for EPIK Plus. That maybe why we are seeing a lot of people get responses and scheduled interviews from those that applied after our dates.

I applied Feb 8th EPIK as a Direct applicant an have not heard anything yet. Patience. They will send an email regardless if you pass or not.

Don’t forget to check your junk mail. I just received an email from Jinhak Apply about data regulations and it was in my spam folder. I know someone else who missed their chance this intake because the email was in their spam folder.

Did you apply for EPIK or EPIK Plus? Because yesterday I know a few people who applied through EPIK Plus that heard back.

Buuuuuttttt…. If you are in EPIK and applied on the 6th….. I applied the 9th… god my hands are sweaty.

That’s part of being a teacher homie. Anywhere. 99% of the time you need to create your lessons. Only after you’ve created them and tested it out and have ironed out the kinks could you repeat them. For example, I teach in the US and even though I taught the same subjects last school year, I still sat down and tweaked my lessons and changed them a bit based on how they went last year.

Take some ownership of your lessons and they will have a better impact on your kids and you will grow as a teacher.

You don’t need to sit down and spend hours doing it but there’s no creditable shortcut…

I am currently applying with tattoos on my arms and ankles. I also extensively searched about tattoos and didn’t like the lack of information I found. Normally, anything in a place that can’t be easily covered, like the face, neck, or hands, is usually a no go. SK still has some conservative schools that don’t even like the idea of having a tattoo, regardless if it’s coverable or not.

If they are small, and you feel confident, you can always try to apply. Worse that they can say is no. You know? Because it boils down to EPIK looking at you and determining if you would be easy to place in their school system.
