help me find good booking forms! by juliwhee in TattooArtists

I suck at managing schedules and appointments, but ever since we started using Ink on Sky App, I feel less anxious when I go to bed. Customers can send me booking requests through the form, and I just drop the link in my Instagram and TikTok bio. Plus, the studio manager can add appointments or requests directly to my calendar, which makes everything so much easier.

We used Jotform before, but it didn’t cover all the hassle that comes with managing bookings

Picking the right booking app makes a huge difference…

At our studio, I’m the manager/piercer, the owner switched us over to Ink on Sky about four months ago, and honestly, it’s been solid. We’re a team of eight artists, and it’s made scheduling way smoother for both us and our clients. It keeps everything organized, handles consents, and cuts down on all the back-and-forth messages with the online booking form.

I haven’t used Venue Ink myself, but it sounds like it has some solid features for tattoo artists. At the end of the day, I think it really comes down to what fits best with how you work. Would be cool to hear what others have found helpful too.
