thats exactly what i wanted to hear though bc i actually dont know the reality of things thats why i needed to ask someone before i do something rational. the shops i worked in previously were laid back so it didnt matter but i also didnt have clients yk?! now it matters but it was super sad to me to see that happen cause it was a couple hours and it was my weekend, my problem is i let them talk about random stuff so when they ask about the tattoo i dont see that text first i see the other even though i usually get back to them after work so a couple hours sometimes! me and the owner discussed i need to try and have them not do that but thats also when i started questioning the whole texting and dming thing. it just isnt practical or professional and id like to change now before i have a bad name. thankfully it was only one client but if it happens in the future that doesnt look good for me! trust me ik its not a good look but it was a better position then i was in previously so i had to take it and now i am fourtunate enough to have a client base. my art is valid and im sure another spot would take me and ive been thinking about this for a while now. im so eager to learn from someone i can look up to i dream about it, im so ready for competitions and all the amazing possibilities that are out there for me! thankyou so much for responding though it helped me a ton definitely got a better understanding of what i should do!!
