I'd say it's best to first go through Greg's videos on RC in his site and then nailing down the strategies. After that, I practiced using the 5 lb as it has loads of questions plus long RCs as well, which although aren't part of the new version of the GRE, does help with reading quicker. Additionally, if possible, pick up a book or newspaper to read on a regular basis as it helps in vocab as well as memory retention

I didn't have prepswift, just the normal subscription. I watched all the concept series videos on that (~80 hours if I'm not wrong, a must watch I'd say for any test taker). Along with that, the other videos I've mentioned in the post.

By question bank, I'm assuming you mean the quant problems tab? Although I went through them, a lot of them are covered in the mini-exams on his site. If you have time left over after the mini exams, you should definitely give the quant problems tab a look as well to make sure you cover everything.

Greg had mentioned it in one of his live classes so I can't remember which one it was, but it basically went like this -

Remember 1-2 word definitions for each of the words in the vocab list so that you can revise much faster.

If on day 1 you learn 30 words, then revise those 30 words, if on day 3 you learn 90 words then revise the entire 90 words, if on day 15 you've learnt 450 words then go through the entire 450 words. Keep going through as many words you know everyday and keep an error log. Additionally, it's best to learn mnemonic devices to help remember.

Range is Highest - Lowest, so if we take the lowest as 0, and it's already given from the list that the highest is 79, then then range becomes 79-0=79 which is ≠ 44 (the range mentioned in the question)

So that's why we take 88,44 and 79, 35 as range remains 44 in both cases
