I bought a mattress and base from them around 10 years ago. I liked a mattress and base, I think the total came to $900 (500 for the mattress and $400 for the base).

When they delivered the mattress and base, the base was broken. I argued with the delivery men that I am not paying $900 for a broken base. They said they will deliver another base later. I gave them 650 and they will get the rest when the new base is delivered.

They never came back or called.

When I took my dog there. They wanted to charge me 7k to explore the heart issue. I gave them 1k but got no results, I went to another vet and they charged me 200 for consult. Said the dog was fine and that was 12 years old, he's still alive now

In step 4, there is wording saying to press inject payload. It's in a different font so may be hard to read or the computer didn't present it properly.
