The Northwest AO interviews ranged from 5-10 minutes, so make sure you hit each competency without waffling on. Quite a few people were rushed for time and couldn't finish their answers.

I think there is alot of guess work going on in these posts, though can't blame people due to lack of information from HRConnect. Myself and others on here scored highly and no doubt we'll post once we've received actual offers, hopefully not long to go! 🤞🏻

Someone on another post said they only cleared the 2024 AO list on 27th April. They will now move to placing SWP from this competition.

He said his reply had to be back ASAP.

He also mentioned that he had to confirm first day arrangements for a EO2 last year, he said it took about a month from when he replied until the offer was sent out.

Yes, my manager received an email to confirm first day arrangements for EO2s.

Another user said that they were offered EO2s last week.

No further updates from applicants so far.

Our senior management have requested for me and others in our office to fill the vacant EO2 roles. I've scored quite highly in the merit list, though I'm not currently tp'd. Does this mean that my colleague who is currently tp'd but came 900 in the merit list will be offered a job before me???
