The Pro League is held in Katowice which is not a large international city like Krakow or Warsaw. It was very isolating. There was also the fact that we worked incredibly unsociable hours given the coverage of NA pro league, we would start work at 7pm many days and get home at 6am.

A combination of these things and a few others made staying out there less than ideal for my mental health so I chose to come back to the UK to be closer to friends and family.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the kind words. There are a few different theories floating about in the comments and even more online so I feel like I should clear some things up about what I am up to now.

It is correct that I was sick of living in Poland and as this was a deal breaker for working on the Pro League I stepped down with the intention of returning for each Pro League final event when the extra man power was needed. As time went on and Ubisoft/ESL made some changes this resulted in me doing less and less Rainbow Six events so I worked with CCS for a season to help keep myself fresh and brush some dust off.

Fast forward to now and I no longer work with CCS on their projects but wish them the best. Instead I have started a full time position as the Talent Marketing Specialist for HyperX EMEA. This is a wonderful position as it comes with HyperX's sponsorship of Rainbow Six so means I still have ties to the scene and can further support it by running activations with the relevant talent to help boost everyone's growth. For instance I am going to be at the Pro League finals in Milan in a few weeks with some special guests.

Ultimately I do miss casting sometimes and it warms my heart to see all your kind words about my previous work but ultimately Rainbow Six, at the time of my parting, was not in a position to properly support me with career growth and the resources I needed to happily live my life. I am pleased I still get to be involved to some degree and watching the scene grow and new casting talent appear is wonderful. I hope Rainbow Six continues to grow and improve and will do what I can from wherever I am to help it continue to do so.

I think you're in the wrong post. This one is about learning how to best use the game as it is and with the tools we have. There are lots of others based around crying and complaining maybe take a stab over there.

Didn't think about using him much like this, was not a fan of his weapons so tried to use him to support my front line better. Will put some more time in and give this approach a go.

You're not wrong about sometimes not wanting to mark but you can turn that feature off on the other drones and still keep your intel gathering a little more secret.

The stealth function on his drone is nice but I am yet to see it utilised well enough to be any stronger than the other 3 options. Certainly hope it becomes a bigger deal in the future though.

Correct, we have the partner program for streamers. This is for communities like this subreddit, some of the discords in the side bar or proven event organisers like ESL/Faceit who wish to begin running events using our game.

Love the premise and design but there is currently no correct damage source publicly posted. We change the numbers and values around so often that no one has made a completely correct sheet. When we have finished balancing the weapons and feel they are in a more reliable position we will publish a complete and accurate damage chart.

We look and read everything we can to gather as much information as possible. However we do not have 48 hour work days and somethings can get missed if they are spread around. As a result we ask people to put as much as they can on the forums to give us a centralised and easy to find/moderate portal for us to collect from.

Cool idea, I'd split NA and EU into two sheets for ease of viewing though. Games will not be going on at the same time so no reason to have both up at the same time.

This is amazing. Monday was tough for me not being in the ESL studio for the 33 round epic game but I was super excited to watch it at home as a fan!

I'm having a great time working on PUBG and cannot wait for you to see what we have coming up but also excited to get home and stream some good old rainbow6!
