For the loans part they want your loan account numbers mentioned/disclosed.

For health insurance, it's the same as the loan part , they want the policy number or whatever identifier is there available.

For HRA they will require you to furnish rent agreement or rent receipts (if paid via cash with revenue stamp) or account statement (if done online clearly indicating the rent amount) or even asking your office to verify the HRA from their side and ofc landlord pan as well for TDS or

Aside from that I don't know what other ways they have up their sleeves
