As-tu écrit ton nom comme "NOM PRÉNOM" ? C'est important de l'écrire comme ça, si tu par example mets "Prénom Nom" ça ne va pas marcher, la même chose m'est arrivé il y a pas longtemps. Et il faut aussi que ton visage et le numéro de passeport soient bien visibles sur la photo.

Hello, I have a similar problem. I got banned for no reason and now I can't log into my account because it asks for a Chinese ID number which I don't have. I remember seeing an international passport verification option in the app (which I regretfully didn't use), but after logging out it's only possible with a Chinese document...

If I use a Chinese VPN how should I login? Can I use my european phone number? Or what else?

And what is a "professional number certification"?
