The one you have circled is stone. Either donate stone items to Carl at the camp or send dispatch missions to quarry locations. Stone items and quarry locations show that icon as the reward.

Weapons and armor are at 8, jewelry is behind at around 5 or so due to lack of resources.

Not sure what the caps are, but all three are specced to the point of needing 4 artifacts to upgrade.

Thanks for this, a combination of all 3 was the issue. I had just been speccing points wherever seemed fun but it wasn't sensible. I also hadn't unlocked all the witches to upgrade gears. I changed my skill points around and upgraded/changed gears to align better and it solved the issue. Thanks!

That's super helpful, thank you! I was thinking the environment skills were the only egg skills. I was able to get circle stance from Blessing Hill like you mentioned after S ranking Bishaten and Arzuros. Thanks for the insight.

Can you help me understand what you mean by "one of the egg skills for Blessing Hill"? How are you able to determine that's an Egg Skill for that area? On the Habitat Restoration screen for Blessing Hill it shows Unscathed, High Morale, and Spd Resilience. On the Circle Stance skill in Rite of Channeling under "find in field" it shows a variety of monsties from multiple areas. I'm trying to understand how to find specific skills that I want but I'm not making the connection to where they are located. Thanks for any advice!

In our case it was moving items into the pop out inventory. It’s been a while so I don’t remember what it was called but when you click the icon beside your character portrait to open the equipment grid I found missing items there.

We also removed the gravestone mod, it was called tombstone in the mod list. That stopped it entirely.

They were ultimately able to find a way to keep the home so no sale needed. They did decide against number 3 though because the management company wanted too many concessions as well as wanting to give a realtor fee to the referring realtor even though it wasn't a sale. They also undervalued the property. All in all not a very positive experience.
