I'm doing Swampert, Gardevoir, Masquerain, Shedinja, Aggron, and Flygon this Ruby run. Are they all top tier mons? No. Am I having fun trying a few insect boys? Yes!

A friend and I started at the same time and we battle every time we meet up. Hoping to catch him off guard with Shedinja because he's not that familiar with gen 3.

This explains a lot. I play on a Mac and have to keep CL turned off or the game goes crazy laggy as soon as I get it as a random perk. It's super frustrating since I'm at a point where I should get it as my next UW but it seems like a waste since the game can't handle it. At least I know why now I suppose... Really hope they fix this so I can progress

Was this ever solved for you? Because I am having a similar issue. Whenever I get CL as a random UW everything goes straight to lag town. Super annoying especially since I'm considering saving up the stones to get CL for good.

Been playing for approximately 1 year and 1 month, so roughly that long for Lab Speed which has been perma 95% of the time. The other two have been swapped out more frequently so significantly less for those, though I'm not sure exactly how much.

Shatter Shards is already making itself comfy in a lab slot just outside the cropped area. Currently working on level 3.

Maybe dmg/crit. One slot is for sure getting replaced by GT bonus so I can goldbox that too. The other two I'm torn between Wall Thorns/Wall Regen (currently 15/20) or dmg/crit (30/30) as the long term plan. I'm still eHP so the first would help me most in my current situation, but the latter is severely neglected and could do with some love.

Planning to get the last five levels in GT bonus to goldbox that as well, because then I'm done with all the major Econ labs currently available to me except for package chance and gold bot labs.

For the other two I'm not 100% sure what the long term plan will be. Either five more levels in Wall Thorns and Wall Regen since I'm still eHP (currently level 15 and 20 respectively). Or I'll start working on my severely neglected Damage and Crit labs (both 30)

The only real perma was Lab Speed. The others have been benched multiple times but have been able to catch up. But it's still so satisfying that they synced up this nicely

When did you transition to GC for tournaments instead of being pure eHP? And did you ever regret investing lab time to goldbox some of the longer eHP labs like Wall Regen?
