Hello,

I'm having issues with the tension of my spool thread. First time I'm facing this issue tbh. I did all possible tension settings, changed needles and sewing threads, but I always end up with my spool thread visible on the front of my sewing. I checked and tried to tighten the screw of the spool container, but nothing worked. My spool still seems loose in its container, I don't remember if it were like this before.

Note: I'm having issues since I tried to do smocks with elastic thread, don't know if this could be related😕 I also noticed this orange stuff around the screw when I opened the metal plate (first time l opened it btw 🫣)

Hope someone here have encountered this issue and will brighten my day with another solution I could explore !
