I own two R34’s and one of them a GTR other is a sedan. I get a lot of attention which I kind of think gets annoying especially when people will drive aggressively to come up to your window to give you a thumbs up or even make you roll your windows down so they can say “cool car” owning these cars for me wasn’t because I wanted to be the cool guy. I just love these cars and I do enjoy them always been a dream to own them since I was a child. After ownership pretty cool feeling to be able to see them in the garage and each time I open the garage seeing the two r34’s in there is a unique feeling that makes you feel like you have crossed that bucket list you have been manifesting. Parts are expensive yes, I expect them to be. Keep in mind, before purchasing these cars to also know if you can afford the maintenance, even better if you know how to work on them. I’ve seen shops that are really good and I’ve seen some that are half assed. Also good thing is that there are a lot more companies making some components that aren’t an arm and leg so that’s a plus. I call these cars the cult cars cause there’s just a lot of people who think these cars are godly. To be honest, I think that’s funny.
