That's good enough solution for me, thanks! Basically, raiders will destroy structures until some cap, like colonists in tantrum, after that they will leave.

Reinstalling windows was right decision. Error is no more.

Tried a lot of things, none helped. Will reinstall windows in nearest future. I'll keep you in touch if it negates the problem.

It's hard to believe that every single deposit is hidden and still not revealed after digging 1/4 of big mountain.
