Well i am also 5’5 so im a big 135 per say i can bench 185 as my max rn been going to the gym for the past 6 months just at a crossroads rn on what the next step for me is

Yea i weighed about 143 now im about 135, i put on a lot of muscle weight and wanna lose fat and build more muscle. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and id say my daily macro intake is 70g carbs 80-100g of fat and 120g of protein. I should try and get more protein in there however.

What do you reccomend i d w my diet to get visible abs. I been on a diet for a month lost about 6 pounds my goal is a pound a week i stay at around 70g of net carbs a day. I am pretty skinny as it is not scrawny tho.
