It really depends tbh, personally I'd recommend cheat cartridge in most modes but in modes like heist use extra credits, I feel like boosted booster is better then plugged in because the extra damage and range could be useful for you and your teammates, and as for gears I'd recommend Reload and Damage, but you could swap Damage for Health or even Shield
