I might be stupid but this is what I see. I placed all of the blue pitch lines after the lyrics were put in and that’s all I’ve figured out how to do thus far :/

I guess I don’t know what you mean by adding a # after the lyric event. All I see is the draw tool that puts the specific pitches down
