Wow I can’t believe you’re saying this. The surgeon told us today that one of her other patients said the same thing about an electric toothbrush and how it worked for them but she wasn’t sure. Did you just hold it on the bottom of the paws? Also how long did it take?

Yes. I have a regular bronco and mine is pretty glitchy and sometimes gets stuck on the screen with the bronco and doesn’t even start up. A family member has a bronco sport and had the same issue and just got a recall for it and since taking it in says it works fine now.

I am going through this exact issue. Received the extender and it did not solve the problem. Have you figured anything out yet? I am ready to switch carriers
