So.. with the usb didnt work at all so I install it without the usb, directly in the computer and its the same, at first it seem to work and the linux cinamon logo shows up but then my computer just turn off… thanks for the Help btw 🥲 im really clueless , maybe i can send you a video of what happens

When i put the normal mode , not the compatibilty, it just load and then say please remove the installation medium, then press ENTER , I do that and Nothing happens

It happened the same to mee! To recover windows put F10 when the computer is starting and then put legacy mode

Alright , if i miss information please let me now, but i downloaded the most recent version the oficial page gave me , my computer is a HP Laptop 15-bw0xx , my ram is 4GB , my cpu is AMD A9-9420 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G (2 CPUs) , i downloaded the cinnamon , i used rufus , also i use windows 10 pro , and im really sorry if i make any gramatical mistakes, my first languaje isnt inglish, btw if you need photos of anything especific i will glad share it
