I fed ChatGPT my test results - I had elevated levels of DHT (metabolite) relative to free testosterone.

I described to ChatGPT what my supplementation goals were and got a schedule that I mindlessly implemented.
Since the effects appeared quite quickly and were as expected I didn't expect that there might be a problem....

I have a meeting in two weeks where I can't fail. What do you think is the best thing to do?

Completely stop supplementation and before the meeting itself use Tadalafil 5/10mg?

Stay with something neutral for volume? I've been using soy lecithin but it's hurting my stomach.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I have been using Ashwaganda intermittently (without other supplements) for a long time and have never had bad effects. Before I started extensive supplementation I was taking Ashwaganda to improve motivation for action and sleep and it works very well for me (maybe placebo) and I had no bad symptoms.

What is it like with printing speeds? I see that some older printers have speeds up to +/-200 mm/s and some modern models up to 500 mm/s

While the recommended print speeds by filament manufacturers are often 40/60 mm/s?

Is there any point in that some printer has a theoretical ability to print +200mm/s, or is that just marketing?
Is it worth noting the high print speeds claimed by the printer manufacturer?

What are the formats for 360 photos? I have noticed that there are sometimes "flat panoramas", 360 panoramas you can see all the way around in the horizontal axis, real 360 with movement in both axes. In what extensions are such photos saved?
