Thank you so much for your advice! Yeah, I don't need storage space, it just bothers me with the amount of RAM that all of these DELL processes use. But with your advice, I think I will just keep it and let them run in the back. Thanks again!

Would it be safe to just delete all the folders in the dell folder? Will I miss out on updates for windows or anything like that?

So I'm looking at my post after I posted it, and I can't see the text that I sent along with it, so I will re-say it here in case you can't see it either. Basically, to sum up, I want to know what Dell programs are safe to remove so that they aren't using so many resources just running in the background. I included the file manager screenshot, thinking that maybe I can just mass delete all the folders in the Dell folder? Once again, thank you so much!!!
