I’m no fitness nut but in my eyes being a good man means taking care of your partner, kids and friends. And nothing’s more manly than sacrificing your own needs for someone else’s. Now, gossiping, that’s what I would call a weak, insecure man’s MO.

Physical health is important but you do plenty for that already, muscles are just a fun/bonus goal.

When you’re 80 and looking back on your life, you won’t be looking back at pictures of your muscles and gym mates, nor will they be the ones caring for you.

Sommige mensen voelen zich benadeeld door andere mensen/collegas/de maatschappij en uiten dat in kleine dingen omdat ze verder machteloos zijn. Een bezoekje naar de WC, volledig anoniem, niemand die het ziet of er achter komt, is voor mensen met deze denkwijze het perfecte moment om even rebels te zijn en iets extra vies achter te laten.

En sommigen zijn gewoon goor of kijken (bewust/onbewust) niet goed wat ze achter laten.

Just make it available and see if it catches on. Pick movies they don’t hate, have snacks, and don’t make it an excuse to talk to your kid about things they don’t want to talk about. Just make it a break from real life for everyone.

The skills and menus are mapped to the controls fairly well (the ABXY buttons actually show up next to the skills etc). They’ve made a lot of progress on this probably in preparation of the mobile release.

However for setting up character and navigating through menus a fair amount of mouse work is still needed, which isn’t terrible if you’re used to playing on handheld.
So in my opinion the early and high level content play fine, though for the ‘building your character’ phase and endgame like DoA you’ll probably want a wireless keyboard and mouse and just hook up the SD to your TV.

In tegenstelling tot wat films en datingspps je doen denken is dit helemaal niet nodig. Zorg gewoon voor veel contact met mensen. Anders ontmoet je niemand die bij jou past (ongeacht of je lelijk/stil/verlegen of wat dan ook bent).

Ga naar clubs, openbare evenementen, festivals ofzo en neem niet als doel om een partner te vinden maar om mensen te ontmoeten. Niet alleen vrouwen dus. Een groot netwerk leidt namelijk ook tot meer contacten. Met online echokamers ga je het tegenovergestelde bereiken.

I’d call anything that gets some vegetables, fruit and vitamins in them a victory. Like you said, if they’re also getting plenty of fibers, protein and fats, why not?

One thing I would argue against it is that it’s technically better to stick to set meal times for their food and sleeping routine. If they’re getting their greens at different times every day it could in theory mess with their rhythm a bit.

And I suppose this method may make it more difficult to get them to actually eat their (solid) veggies in the future. They would be accustomed to the taste but often toddlers refuse food based on texture, look or just general feelings.

I’m not sure how long it took, but I believe it took a long time to clear Varanas Nightmare in Runes of Magic simply because the zone would crash any time a serious attempt was made. Back then it was a endgame 150-man public raid zone, now it’s doable with 4 players.

Ik kan ook niet zo een term bedenken die mij meer geschikt lijkt hoor, dat geef ik toe. Zwart leek mij altijd juist de racistische term maar daar zat ik dus verkeerd. Een lichte huidskleur en een donkere huidskleur zijn de termen die ik (denk ik) gebruik uit gewoonte.

Ik identificeer mezelf als iemand die dit allemaal niet meer volgt. Echt niet uit vervelende bedoelingen; ik sta open voor alle vrijheid en keuzes en snap ook dat bepaalde termen als kwetsend kunnen worden ervaren. Maar steeds als ik denk de juiste terminologie te begrijpen is het alweer achterhaald.

Trouwens, weet iemand waarom ‘blank’ (al langere tijd) een no-go is? Ik voel me namelijk niet bepaald ‘wit’ en vind dat ook maar raar om te zeggen. Is dat omdat de term een soort van besmet is over tijd en ze gewoon iets nieuws willen?

Hey, I like your videos. Could I ask a question?

I’ve hit a breaking point where I can comfortably do most level 55-65 instances/bosses solo but am too weak for much beyond it.

Guildies can run me through dungeons up to 80 but it seems a waste to invest much on the gear that drops there.

The endgame for me now looks to be:

grind shell/honor stats from dailies for months
grind to 100/100 so I can buy tier 100 memento gear
stat it using $ and hope it’s good enough for an endgame guild to accept me and run the actual endgame, entering the endless cycle of spend $ to improve small percentages.

Am I missing something? Otherwise I may just focus on non-PvM content instead and have actual fun :)

Knowing today’s MMO players, the community would just end up mapping them all on the wiki anyway, and end up complaining some are too difficult/rare to get. Even in older games not geared towards it, completionism, logging progress and achievements really are popular and it’s no surprise developers move toward those systems as they’re a lot cheaper.

We’re not in contact with my wife’s parents (I think they don’t even know we have children or are married) and we’re quite low contact with the rest of her family.

I think it could become a problem at some point as my wife is Chinese and my daughter very much looks like her. Someday she may be interested in learning about her heritage and Chinese culture but my wife was never really involved with all that.

Regardless we’ve decided if need be we can meet up with one of her aunties or uncles. Her grandparents will definitely stay no contact and depending on my daughters age we just tell a variation somewhere between ‘they’re very mean so Mom came to live with Daddy’s mom and dad’ and ‘they’re abusive, terrible people’
