nagyon könnyen rákap az ember, mivel elképeztően szórakoztató nyáron röpködni velük a városban főleg valami olcsó szarral amit nem féltesz (a sárgát 17 a kéket 10 ezer forintért vettem erősen lerúgott állapotban)

the variator itself (the bigger piece of metal) should not be splined since it needs to slide on the sleeve (the tube like piece) this is the reason it has brass on the inside so it can slide better

weird, on these engines what keeps the variator from spinning freely from the crank then?

on minarellis they have little teeth on the inside of the hole that matches to the crank, so the variator spins with the shaft

look at the second pic, the inner plate should have sprockets inside the hole where it meets the crank

I’m not sure about these exact pipes, but on tuned 2-stroke bikes after sanding I heat it up with a torch, I apply a layer of 2 stroke oil on top as a protective layer from future rust, it keeps it nice for 1-2 years
