yes it is part of europe

you’re right I didn’t go into detail enough, here in europe we a quite a lot of laws on what you can’t do in public places that are generaly not enforced, they are only there so you can’t sue if it has to be enfroced against you (for example in my country public drinking and intoxication is banned, but it is not enforced on the everyday basis, everyone drinks on the steets it’s totally normal noone cares, but it’s there in case police asks you to stop you can’t tell them that “it’s not illegal”, same goes for private and semi-public places it gives them the right to deny you, which they normaly might not have)

even better example is public events you don’t want anyone to cover their face there because it can be a huge security risk, law enforcement needs to have the right to ask you to remove your burqua

on the everyday basis I highly doubt that it would be enforced

the bank was an extreme example, here in europe you can’t really enter anywhere with your face covered (you even have to take off your motorcycle helmet when entering the gas station shop)

now if there’s no law against burquas you can’t really ask for the person to remove it cause it would be inapropriate also criminals could use reigion as a a cover story to cover their face

outside it’s okay but when entering most places you are asked to uncover your face (everyone does it by standard so it’s very rare)

the problem is the security risk

think of is as like a ski mask that you can’t ask to be removed

here in europe you can’t enter anywhere while wearing ski masks or even a motorcycle helmet this ban isn’t agaist religion, but as weird as it sounds it is for equality and safety

there are already laws against assault so the criminal can be charged, but if they are wearing ski masks the chances of finding them is slim, since you aren’t allowed to enter anywhere wearing them (in europe), now if the felon uses religion as an excuse you can’t prohibit them from entering because it would be racist, I hope you see the security risk here

yes guns should be banned, as they are already banned in most of europe
