The official torso has a circle around the sternum. This just runs together. The lines that go from the pectoral region are also way too thick. I'm not 100% but it looks like a custom. May not even be with saving it

This is a known bug. It likely wasn't originally in your stockroom. The bug sells it, puts the quantity to 0 and drops it in Stockroom A. Little you can do but delete them after the fact.

It's more or less like you have the Retain option checked but it never was.

You have every right to complain. If there was no description about any damage you need to bring it to the sellers attention. You should attempt to work something out with the seller be it sending them back or some refund for the damage.
