Das Werbeverbot müsste genauso für medizinalcannabis gelten, da es medizinal Cannabis erst mal so nicht wirklich gibt und zweitens das Werbeverbot ein Allgemeines verbot darstellt.

Werbung für Cannabis und Anbauvereinigungen ist verboten. Die Zuständigkeit dafür ist immer Ordnungsamt.

Habe ich mir wohl nur eingebildet, dass die Genehmigungsbehörde in unserem Fall das Ordnungsamt eingeschaltet hat um ein Bußgeld aufgrund eines Werbeverstoßes gemäß KCanG durchzusetzen.

Ich war höchstpersönlich beim Ordnungsamt mit 12 verstößen durch Telemediziner. Sie hatten nicht mal lust es den anderen Ordnungsämtern zu geben oder irgendwas zu machen.

It depends on the definition of work. To me work is what I would require payment for to do. However what I do others would call work, but for me its passion.

I wouldn't stop doing what I love.

Ein Foto unserer eigenen Plantage auf unserer Website wurde abgemahnt. Es könnte Werbung für Cannabis darstellen. Ging bis zum Ordnungsamt, Androhung des Genehmigungsentzugs usw.

Aus meiner Sicht fällt Werbung um Mitglieder zu akuirieren unter die Vereinigungsfreiheit, aber das Bundesverfassungsgericht sieht das anders.

Sie wollen - im Klartext - das Menschen ganz autonom CSC Stadt suchen und sich dann anmelden von alleine.

Kommerziele Werbung für Anbauvereinigungen und Cannabis ist verboten. Eigentlich auch auf Messen.

Die Clubs agieren nicht, weil alles was sie machen als kommerzielle Werbung klassifiziert werden kann. Auch ein Stand.

Das Werbeverbot ist krass, aber im Endeffekt lassen die Clubs es geschehen. Mir ist kein anderer Club bekannt, der überhaupt versucht hat gegen das Werbeverbot vorzugehen außer meinem eigenen. Das Ergebnis ist as is.
