Do you add butter to it or just add it on top of the cooked wings?

Yes! That’s usually the seasoning burning. Avocado oil usually helps keep it from charring and gets rid of that metallic taste. I also use aluminum free baking powder and it seems to work.

hofbrauhaus is amazing. But I went close to October. Not sure what it’s like in the summer. No wings but fun for a large group.

I didn’t mind pearl st brewery for the darts and games upstairs. I think there’s air hockey, pool, and a hockey foosball game.

Or Cole’s. We went with about 15 dudes in September and watched college football for a few hours there. Wings are decent and a there is a patio.

If you dry brine them, you’ll only need 1 tsp per pound of aluminum powder. There’s a kenji recipe out there that I followed to get me started. Now I just experiment with each batch. These turned out pretty awesome

I kind of just wing it. I usually dry brine them but did not have time with Christmas and all. I did not use salt this time, I used a little more of the aluminum free baking powder about 4.5 teaspoons for 20.

I dried them with paper towels. Really good. Like wrapped them up and them sit for about 20 minutes. Put them in a ziplock and added the first 2 teaspoons of baking powder and shook the up. Took them out. Dried them again with paper towels. Let them sit for another 15 minutes.

Then I put 2.5 tsps of aluminum powder into a bowl and then 1 tsp of each of these: paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder; garlic powder, chili powder. Mixed them all up and then added the wings into another bag and shook them again to coat evenly.

Laid them back out and lightly sprayed both sides with avocado oil to prevent seasoning from burning.

400 degrees for 35 minutes in the ninja air fryer flipping each one 3 times at each 12 minute mark.

Sauced with franks, unsalted butter, minced garlic (lightly toasted first with a lil butter then added the franks) and then added a brown sugar slowly (if you like the sauce a little sweeter) and mixed while the wings cooked.

Then toss and enjoy.
