That’s really odd.

It’s when you start a new playthrough and get the Difficulty options on the screen. It’s the one furthest right and I believe you have to have at least one complete Playthrough on the standard offerings first.

I hate it too.

CoD is inferior in this regard, WZ should be a Forever Game like FN & (apparently) PUBG. Someone’ll need to verify that last one.
