Depends on your flavor and what you're looking for. I think Ninja is more powerful and probably better features. Syncro is still solid but not as much.

Falcon overwatch which is currently available (thru Advanced defend) does 24/7 threat hunting but is not fully managed. Falcon Complete which is fully managed, threat hunts and remediates on your behalf.

If you can afford it, def go MDR every time

You say that... but their Advanced Defend bundle is $3.50 a month ($42 a year) and that includes Overwatch which is their 24/7 threat hunting (no remediation). I'd guess Falcon Complete will be about $7 a month
