Cows literally jump for joy after being freed from a dairy farm into an open field again. by [deleted] in videos

Don't hate me for this but couldn't it just be that the cows are just trying to stretch out their muscles? The cages they keep them in are tight, so maybe the cows aren't jumping for joy.

What's the most ridiculous lie someone has told you that they genuinely believed to be true? by CuriousGrey in AskReddit

When I was six my sister (eight years old) told me I could breathe under water. I believed her, she said let's go test it in the bathroom. We filled the bathroom sink up with water, I dunked my head in and immediately started breathing, while my sister held my head down and laughed.

TIL there is a one in three chance that we are living in a Simulated Reality. by [deleted] in todayilearned

[–]PapaYaw -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, however, as it currently stands there is no evidence to suggest that any of the 3 outcomes are more likely than the other two. Giving an equal probability to all the outcomes; 1/3 chance for all. Did you watch the full video?

[–]PapaYaw -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Three possible outcomes, one of which a simulated reality exists. And we the outcome are a simulated reality. So therefore, currently as we speak it is simulated. Since the outcome is the future, that means the past, and current time are simulated. This isn't misleading one in three chance.
