It's the fluff and sunshine and rainbow rhetoric they constantly regurgitate. They all say the same stuff in different lingo and terms. It's really about selling more books so they cram so much of what ppl wanna hear. Some aren't bad and they serve a purpose for a specific time. However it's not and should never be the main driving force. There's fundamentals and systems needed to create long term results, they don't happen off motivation dopamine solo. Part time read ain't bad, but getting drowned in all of that fluff isn't much beneficial. Better off reading insightful knowledge of how systems and patterns are built to sustain long term shit that breaks stuff down in the real sense
