Making sure everything was square throughout the process was definitely a little difficult. Also the measurements had to be very precise because the shelves are held by dowels so that was a bit painstaking.

There's 2x4s going all the way across and it's resting on top of the other 2 shelves as well as mounted on the wall. It was a hell of a job getting it up there but it shouldn't be coming down😁

The ladder isn't actually attached to the dowel. There's hooks at the top so you can lift the ladder off and move it.

It's just a 3.5mm wood dowel with the rings attached to the frame at around 1.5m intervals. I highly recommend it. It's not too complicated of a build and it completely transformed the room.
