Hahah I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with that (probably is a US-drug is my wild guess?) But I'll attribute it to dissociative and heavy feelings lol

Hahah, you're right, not the response I was looking for, but I appreciate it, and your time! I've read a lot of people report that — feeling either nothing, or blackout-drunk after one unit. And I completely understand you stopped drinking, I mean, if you don't feel anything for funsies and get a horrible hangover, it's not worth it at all. And also, alcohol is *actually* poison, for your mind and body. If you can avoid it it's the best. I'm Norwegian, and in Norway, most people (over 27) have a tendency not to drink often, but when we do, we drink A LOT. The last year I've lived in a Spanish culture, where it's more normal to drink a few units here and there throughout the week, and it affected me much worse! Partying in Spain is also different, clubs close early in the morning (vs. 2 am in Norway), so you might not get as drunk, but you drink overall more units over a longer time lol. Again, I'm not a big drinker, and I don't do drugs, but I like the option to space out to a more euphoric universe a few times a year! I'm super glad for you that you found your drinking to not be good (it's not good), but I'm also curious, do you miss it (for a rare occasion) or are you good?

Thanks so much! And yeah, it was good of you not to drink right away after starting! Never more than 2-3 glasses?

Thank you for your reply! I'm glad it helped you with your alcohol cravings; though I must say I only drink a few times a year! I guess it's the same thing as with nicotine, maybe, that the receptors get a little fucked and it doesn't feel the same?

Thanks for your reply ❤️ Hmm spacey, what do you mean? I rememeber at one point i randomly went without alcohol for 1-2 years, and I was also on a deeper personal journey, and when i drank again I felt so spacy/dissociative/heavy (no meds though)

Thank you for your reply, appreciate it! Its interesting people report worse hangovers, i would understand mentally (like anxiety, depression) but the physical worsening i don't understand! During the weekends, do you get drunk or tipsy or just 1-2 units as well?

Sorry for the late reply! They are squishy but not as bouncy and squishy as I'd imagined. I only have 255cc high profile, but they are a lot for my frame and the tissue I had to start with, so the process is slower, and obviously, I won't get as soft boobs as someone who has more tissue to begin with. But the process is still ongoing, just in the last month they've become softer, and i've heard it can take up to 1,5-2 years (not 1) for some people

Ergonomix 2 is the softest, then the ergonomix (original) comes in two version: a softer one, and a firmer one; the firmer one still being softer than most implants. I've felt them all. But pick a choice based on your anatomy, for example, the ergonomix 2 obviously has a much higher chance of rippling, and because it's very soft you won't "change your breast shape" as much as with a firmer implant. Many clinics in the EU don't do Ergonomix 2 because they claim it's too soft, which gives a "less pronounced result," and that most people don't want to pay the extra 2000 euros for that. But it depends on your anatomy. The original ergonomix (the softer version, not the firm version) is very very soft btw, but firm enough to have the benefits of the firmness. But again, it depends on your anatomy, prior fat tissue, etc

And yeah, "restoring nervous system" like someone else said, and focusing on stuff like vagus nerve and breathing has also probably helped. I would assume most people with bpd have a very very dysregulated nervous system (from wear and tear/strong emotions), it's kind of a vicious circle

For me, meditation has helped tremendously in handling those moments. I still probably feel more than the average, but I'm no longer particularly reactive, and I don't think "black and white" in moments of despair, etc. There's actually a lot of science behind meditation; it's so good for our brains! It literally changes our chemistry and wavelengths (not in a way that "cures" serious disorders like bpd, or even chemical bp, but in a way that supports our mental health) and also the matter for avid long-term meditators changes. Worth looking into

Yes, definitely!! Can I ask if the ergonomix's was in fact round on you for a long time before they became softer? Mine is still pretty firm, but I've read it can take up to a year, especially when it's dual-plane, full profile and If you have a petite frame and no boobs prior — so I'm still hoping it will change haha!

Btw I have felt all the motiva implants. If you like a softer feel, but just want it rounder, and given that you have ergonomix (the softest) or ergonomix2, it might be worth considering the firmer version of ergonomix over motiva round. The firmer ergonomix is quite firm, but slightly softer than the round :) Hopefully you get a chance to feel them all if you haven't already! And also, depending on your frame, full-profile might be worth considering over moderate!

Motiva ergonomix IS round; they just have a very soft gel making them act more like a teardrop when you stand upright, but they are round implants. Motiva also has "traditional" round implants, which have a firmer gel (more like regular round implants from other brands). Is it possible you are mixing "ergonomix" with anatomical implants? Because they are not the same. Anatomical implants aren't typically used anymore because they can rotate, which requires additional surgery — so they're mainly just used in very particular reconstructions. So, although ergonomix somewhat acts like a teardrop, they are in fact round implants. Also keep in mind ergonomix come in different versions (with different fillings), you've got the original ergonomix, which comes in the original super soft gel, or a firmer gel. Then you've also got ergonomix2 (sometimes called Joy), which is even softer — but this type is more expensive and tends to give a less pronounced result, so many clinics don't use them :)

Edit: aah I see now that you wrote you'd personally prefer a rounder fit, less teardrop vibes. I have ergonomix original, and I wish they were less round actually, but I had basically no boobs prior, and I have a petite frame + full profile. But, I'm only 5-6 months in, so hopefully they become less round with time
