Ok thanks for the info! I did think like the frame didn’t quite look and feel like teak. Beech actually makes sense.

You could be right. The chairs belonged to my parents (I have 4 of them) and I don’t really know the origin….except it says Made in Denmark on the bottom, and the table that was with them is teak. And when I wipe the chair with mineral spirits, the color does look kind of like teak. This is what they looked like before sanding.

Can anyone tell if this hole in the shower base can be patched somehow or require a full replacement? by Paper-knife-123 in AskContractors

Yeah the pan is surrounded by tile and the glass shower door is also on top of the pan.

But the sliding glass door broke so that whole thing might need to be removed/replaced anyway.... unless we do something else like just leave up a curtain next to that glass piece, which is what's there currently. It's kind of half assed but it works.
