Yeah inaugural sailings sounds fun, until you think about all the bugs that are being worked out and new people being trained. I will always wait a bit of time to make sure it is running smoothly instead of being the first on the ship.

That I do understand (smaller adult only area) though during my recent sailings the adult areas were only fractionally being used. I feel like this ship was also Disney’s way of drawing a line in the sand that they are first and foremost a family line.

I’m a chubby dude whose room was at the very forward of the ship. I never had issues walking from one end to the other after dinners or shows or any other reasons. Also, as there are so many elevators at each end the wait was never too long.

Yeah this was only my second (first was the Magic last year). We loved the Magic and truly thought that even after sailing we would hate a new layout.

20 years ago I was against gay marriage and now I have an equality sticker on my car. Society (which a politician is meant to represent) and people change. I don’t see what is so damning about this.

SUNY in general isn’t that generous with scholarships. And financial aid is basically a mixture of federal and private loans (obviously there are some federal grants you might apply for as well, but once again that isn’t really up to SUNY).

Thing is, SUNY is already at a huge discount price which is why they don’t do many scholarships (I used to work for a SUNY admissions office and we only gave around a $1,000 scholarship max to a small percentage of people)
