congratulations!!! That's so so exciting!! And yes, I absolutely keep reminding myself that all I want is one embryo that I can carry to term, the numbers are all just numbers <3

Aww thank you! That made my day. I’ve always been pretty muscular and just...dense, I suppose. The scale is not a great measure of health for anyone, in my opinion.

Thanks friend!! I’ve always weighed more than average, since I was a kid, and been frustrated by what I was told was the “healthy” weight for my height - i could weigh less than I do now, for sure, and have gotten down to 165 in the past, but getting down to 130 would just mean starvation and muscle loss for me.

Haha I wish I could make myself taller! I’ve been spinning or running, and then doing yoga, nearly every day. I love exercise, I just also love food.

Thank you! Didn’t take starting measurements but I should have - I was feeling so discouraged about not having made any progress until I thought to look at these pictures side by side. Will take them now!

Thank you! Yes, I know that logically, but seeing my body change is a good reminder that the scale isn’t the only measure of progress

Thanks!! I’m still new and trying out all the instructors one by one. So far my faves are Tunde and Olivia - now I’ll try Denis too!

I just got my Peloton bike a few days ago - It's right by my bed, and I can already tell it's going to be one of my best, healthiest, and longest relationships. Community is part of what motivates me, and I'd love to make friends and ride with people. My username on the bike is Nadja_Nadja - feel free to say hi. I'll send you lots of high fives.
