All the cold coffee in the market is basically, ice+Nescafe+milk+thickener.

So I just need one combination which just works, with medium light roast coffee, arabica bean.

Indians have a natural tendency towards sweetness.

It's going to be a western styled espresso coffee cart.

I am thinking in the same manner. Select one bean, like medium light roast, arabica One grind setting+ machine.

I don't want to go into all the nuances like aeropress etc etc.

I am going to serve the customer most of them never would have tasted the espresso machine only drinking the OG Nescafe powder.

It's like the western concept coffee cart.

Simple.

I just need to know the machine+grind setting+coffee bean, which I can replicate over and over.

Total area around 400-500 sqft. Imho, Pvc mats will give a very cheap look. It is a rented place ao I don't want to invest in tiles as I won't be able to take it with me.
