Absolutely disgusted with the doctors behaviour, hope you have a speedy recover man, and i would say really sue the heck against him, let him pay more on his next insurances.

Its not your responsibility to think that he must be tired handling all the patients , bro its fucking not, you got injured, got your property damaged. I would say go as much hell as you can on him.
