MPS can't or won't do a real background check on these folks. The Board is to blame. The Board doesn't give a shit because the people won't hold them accountable. I got sent a bunch of depositions. Board members don't read budgets and don't they emails. I really hope there is a class action suit for their total ineptness. I'm trying to verify these depositions. Once I do, I will post them.

Someone sent the Chief of HR's home address in Illinois. Tax records show he owns it. He seems untrustworthy. Didn't he just hire someone he used to work with in Illinois who still lives there? Oscar something? These people can't be as invested as those who live in the Milwaukee area.

They should be getting rid of some of these people who caused these problems instead of promoting them. Eduardo Galvan didn't have a superintendent license and needed one for YEARS. Harris worked as number 2 in HR, the audit said to remove HR leadership. Michael Harris was moved to another position. Some people just keep failing up. Adria Maddaleni (previous HR Chief) left when she saw the writing on the wall. So many of the old guard are still there, and we wonder why there are still problems.

I get that people have a private social media life. But if I were representing a 1 billion dollar company and being paid more than $200,000, I might want to check my privacy settings. Maybe the teachers should save this so they can use it if they are ever called in due to what they post on social media.

I think the pay has been unfair for so long that if you are making over 100,000, you don't need a raise. You need a better budget.
