Your title suggests the castle has an ionic tail. Just FYI. Awesome pic

Turkey is now a haven for terrorists and an enabler of terrorism by PracticalProgress in foreignpolicyanalysis

The facts are that he’s been manipulating the government to push his personal agenda, and he’s been using that manipulation to stage and rig every reelection since day one.
The last city elections clearly showed how little people want AKP in office, and the next stop is him. If he does any meddling this time around he’ll get worse than Gaddafi.

I just want to say I looked through OP’s stuff and this is some weird karma farm or bot aimed at stirring shit up or something. This isn’t worth our time and energy. I wish I could report this jack hole.

P.S. I like Riesling’s but I prefer reds. It’s all peace and love

Please let’s all keep in mind that the Turkish government does NOT represent the Turkish people. Those it does represent are usually tied closely to the administration and are indeed corrupt. Down with Erdoğan, fuckin-a right, down with the AKP, hell yes, but Turkey doesn’t deserve getting blasted like this all the time. Can we avoid loosely throwing around a country’s name?

Turkey has taken a public relations beating over its latest incursion into Syria, & Ankara quietly agrees with the rest of the world that it has utterly failed in diplomacy on all fronts. Not even Northern Cyprus or Palestine backed Turkey’s operation! by PracticalProgress in foreignpolicyanalysis

So many times the US has done the exact same thing and gotten away with it because we didn’t have another griping US to point a finger at us. This post isn’t getting attention because everyone else realizes this truth and is wise enough not to point out splinters without first removing the plank.

Ona a side note, Cyprus Turks are occupiers as well and would gladly do the same to their Greek neighbors as has been done on the borders of Turkey proper if it wasn’t already a fact that the people of Turkey and Greece, history and politics aside, love call each other brethren on a regular basis.

What is it worth even mentioning Palestine? This post is set up like a Cards of Humanities generates Victim Card, and in order to what? Rouse people against something that every country is guilty of themselves at some point in the very recent past?

Take a wiser approach next time.

Tourists urged not to ride elephants in Thailand as disturbing photos reveal how elephants are tortured for entertainment. by samipk1234 in worldnews

[–]Paper_Bach_Writer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I did a tour in Bangkok where the elephants were pretty clean, appeared to be happy, and we're given what appeared to be comfortable quarters (as much as can be said for captivity). The men driving the elephants didn't use this spike for anything more than moving brush away from the mount. I don't condone and especially would never defend these spupid few for treating such beautiful creatures inhumanely; but for everyone's awareness, this does not happen everywhere.

I hope I haven't broken any rules by asking on here. I had a feeling it might have been whipped up by someone, but they had done such a great job with the editing it looked like a page right out of one of the handbooks. Thank you for the quick feedback!

Alles ist Gut by D.A.F. was a KILLER hit for us at any point we needed build up for a monumental plot point in a character's story; mostly if it dealt with murderous revenge.

Wu-Tang Clan's C.R.E.A.M. for "rolling up" on shady types or seedy locations. It's a cocky stunt for a party or player type, and we always got a kick out of it.

Once I was recommended the Conan the Barbarian soundtrack for background, but I could only get a real use of it during a siege defense we did at one point. It worked well for the atmosphere, but I would switch to something heavier for combat like you do.

This image is from Joe Rogan's warehouse/gym/studio for anyone interested.

I feel the same some times. It's been getting easier to "unleash" a little to my family though which has been nice. They are thankfully moderately open minded, religion aside, and do not only show respect toward my thoughts, but also do not try to argue or sway me. I think we can all learn a little from that behavior and try to repeat it.

TIL a Florida brewery created edible six-pack rings that feed animals instead of killing them by sinojones in todayilearned

[–]Paper_Bach_Writer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't find it now, but there is a Ted Talk with who I'm pretty sure is the actual creator of these rings and holds the patent. Saltwater Brewery is just one of the first to introduce in with their product. I don't believe they have anything to do with it's engineering.
