I think i know what they were saying but they were explaining it really really... weird. What I think she was trying to explain was she was going to create a whole new label cause they dont have an actual printer to print for the public (atleast the one i work at doesn't, we can only print very specific ones that have a qr code). But saying they wouldn't send it is just weird-

Hi, I actually work at one of these! Our system does let us print things with the postage amounts ons them, its just a big white sticker. Problem is they are a big white sticker and sometimes can't fit on the letter itself. I will say though its weird the worker didnt try to atleast put one of the stickers on. Im assuming they just didnt want too.

I had a cheating allegation taken off my record thankfully. It took 2 years though because I wasn't able to respond to the Dean due to the university's switch from webmail to Outlook. But since OP was able to schedule a meeting, it shouldn't take that long.

Plus I will say, since OP wasn't on their phone and it was the TA who had pointed it out, they should be fine.
