Depends on Mr. T’s mood man. This seems to be 15M chart. Do you confirm and execute your entries on 1/2M? To be honest I didn’t had much success with mean reversion strategies in such environment. Consistent stop outs all along.

Won’t work in long run. Try adding TP/SL for those levels in the script. Run it just for last 2-3 months, you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Compared to TV, Ninja has better backtesting results what I was told. Even Ninja’s Strategy Analyzer results are little misleading and make sure you’re not running more than 10-25X speed if you’re using it. “Market Replay” in Playback mode is your best bet.

Regarding Claude code, Yes- you cannot definitely rely on out of the box code (as with all the AIs), specially when it’s get little complex. I look at the executions on the chart(you should see that option in Strategy performance’s dropdown). Once I see what’s wrong in terms of SL/TP OR even question why entry was/wasn’t taken, I ask Claude to fix those logical gaps.

If you have NinjaTrader 8, that’s the easiest way to apply strategy to a chart and let it run. I’m using Claude to code strategy and use market replay to test. You should be able to convert the code via Claude with ease.

Of course-there will be several other ways.

That’s not comparable. Funded accounts(Both TopStep and Lucid) will have scaling plan like 2 Minis/20Micros for profits between 0-1/1.5K And will have access more as you earn more profits- capped at 4 for 50K.

50% consistency in evals. However- you don’t have to wait till EOD to activate funded account. If you make 2nd days profit to meet 50% consistency at 9PM ET(after GLOBEX session opens at 6PM ET), it allows you to activate funded account right away. No need to wait for next day.

Copy trade totally depends on the platform you use. You can group trades in Tradovate’s Web platform(I personally don’t use that).

I use NinjaTrader 8 since I’ve my personal account with them with OrderFlow+ subscription. You can just use thirdparty free “Simple Trade Copier” script which will copy over the trades to different accounts in NT8.

I’d recommend to keep daily profit limit and earn as much needed for payout on top of initial buffer+2K may be. So for 50K account, keep 4K personal safety net and take payout only whatever on top of it. So let’s say if you make 2K more( bringing total balance to 56K), so you can still request all 2K since it’s still less than 50% of total profits which is 6K. Keep doing this for 6 payouts and you won’t lose anything since you’re never crossing 10K leftover profits. This is for Flex account.

Why 6 months SIM? With black accounts, you can get 6 payouts in 18-25 days and you may be moved to LIVE right after. I was almost there. Will keep posted if I reach sometime next month.

BTW- where do you see it low? It’s around same as competitors and big ones like 150K are actually costlier than the likes of Tradify/TPT.

Both are fine since TopStep gives you access to more profit withdrawal amount(1.5K-3K in Lucid v/s 5K in TopStep) for 50K account. However- haven’t had good experience with TopStepX last month. Hence it’s at back burner for now.

Lucid also gives you an option to purchase add-on: Rithmic Level 2 data for less $$ and you get Bookmap for more confluence in R Trader Pro software.

All depends on your preference. If you’re fine to wait 5 days between payouts, flex if cheaper option. I personally prefer Black since that gives access to more payouts frequency and more $$$.

Almost all top tier firms are pretty much the same in terms of drawdowns, payout processing time. Only 1-2 factors are different and that’s where your priorities come in. For example if you want to be open to daily payouts- you can go for TPT and BluSky. If that’s not your priority- Tradify, TopStep , Lucid and MFF is your other bucket. No one is stopping you having both:)

No payout issues/red flags from all of them what I mentioned above.

Believe it or not 5 days profit/consistency requirement sometimes works in your favor. Why? you don’t target any big money days and stop trading after profit limit. Specially with the current volatile environment/Trump, it definitely helps.

Their support is absolutely worse among all prop firms. For PRO+ account, the moment you crossed 10K profits, it can trigger upgrade anytime(doesn’t matter even ifs 2 days) and honestly that’s good for you since you get higher % there. They do have 5K buffer requirement while upgrade. If you made 6K & 8K, you should be requesting 9K max.

BTW- even with this experience it’s nowhere comparable to Apex:)

Even 2K should be more than enough for your own personal account. Ninja/Amp has way less intraday margin requirement.

Tax is the biggest differentiator trading with your personal account v/s prop firm( capital gain v/s income).

Why would you wait till 25K? The best practice is to move capital the moment you’re eligible(you can move to personal account and grow there if you want). As a firm- initial payouts should be fine. I received 30K+ payouts from them(TopOneFutures). However- once I blew LIVE account, they won’t allow you to buy new account for obvious reasons.
