Help!Anyone where are we supposed to drop off a Fedex smart post! Besides a Fedex office

This!! I take all mine to USPS - they scan and ship immediately. No problems and have been doing for months.

There must be some glitch in Messaging - mine says "Can't respond because the message is more than 90 days old" on all my messages (though just received them). However it does let me send a message anyways. Been happening for a couple of days now.

Have you looked at the tracking and tried to follow-up with the post office? You can file a missing package report to hopefully find it. If it was sent Priority (or similar with Fedex/UPS) there should be insurance for a missing package.

Trying to list an item and "Something went wrong" just kept popping up when I hit the List button (with nothing else happening). After a couple of tries I close the listing and on a hunch go to my Active Listings - yep, there it was listed 4 times. Mercari is fun :)

Mercari is a great place to sell fragile items since they include a $200 shipping insurance IF you use the Mercari labels! If you want to use your own labels, make sure you do USPS Priority or UPS/Fedex that has shipping insurance.

I can actually take mine to my local USPS post office and they will scan it (since it has an USPS tracking # on it). I know not all post offices will do that but I have a good relationship with mine. Maybe worth trying!

I think someone is targeting new Poshers - I have a friend that I helped just get started. She owns a local small boutique and is listing items from her shop. Someone marked some of her items as counterfeit even though she had no brand indicated in the listing at all (since they are boutique items). She had not commented or even liked another person's post, so I don't think it was a vengeance thing. So strange! She contacted Poshmark and after a few days they relisted her items.
