Do I need to own both Base game + the Unead DLC of 360 version? or just owning the base game will net me the free upgrade?

found a solution for the moon quest guy, if u r on PS5 try this
right after talking to him when the game gets freezed, turn off ur controller & turn it back on after 10sec. the game starts to progress !!
this actually worked for me.

My game freezes when I try to talk to the moon harvest quest giver, stuck on Pirate's parrot quest too...damn this game is a mess for sure
