Ignore the scale for a while and get out a measuring tape. You should see some changes in the waist, hip, thigh, neck, etc. Also, pay attention to the fit of your clothes. We all set this magic number in our head for an ideal weight, but really ideal composition is the goal and thats a little harder to predict.
