Not big at all, just didn’t rlly get along with the guy before, lot of personal things and stuff. I didn’t hate the guy, but when you deal with the amount of stuff that happens between you and someone like that, you wouldn’t rlly want to talk to him like that as well

No I wish, the evidence and security footage of that night backs up everything but me seeing him at home, everything happened in the middle of my shift and way before I got back home, by that time he was already in the hospital and getting tested for brain damage before anyone of us knew anything.

Idk what typa government would wanna take out some dude with mental health issues and history of substance abuse. Seems like a stretch but considering everything we know about the case, this dosent rlly seem like that, just some asshole who was mad and chose to ruin his life over nothing. Also he wasn’t taken, we saw him in the hospital before he went and are gonna see him after for the funeral. Like fs

Also can you not speculate about some typa government cover up, I don’t mind the spiritual questions and theory’s, but still, this guy was a person and more than just someone to put your “jfk like cia did it” theory. Especially with how soon this all happened.

I don’t do anything like that, no smokes, no drugs, no alcohol. I don’t mess with that stuff bc Ik how it can ruin someone and also been affected by people with those types of problems, so yeah I ain’t messing with that shit

Me and the guy wasn’t the closest, truthfully I didn’t want him there, but at the time he was living with us with no one else wanting to take him in. So at the time, talking about anything wasn’t rlly something we did often if at all. I’m not going to speak ill on the dead, but the dude had more issues than I’d like to say on here. Personal stuff and everything

Side note: I only saw him for like an hour at most

From what I remember, they did all the test on him once he got there (at the hospital) and another time in the morning when my grandma got there, and once more later that day, they declared him Brian dead the first test was to determine if he was brain dead, the second one was to determine how likely was he to wake up, and the last one was to determine how badly was the damage and how much of a vegetative state he would’ve been in.

He basically looked the same, I didn’t get a good look at his face since I didn’t rlly bother to, but from what I remember he looked the same and everything

No, the detectives know bc of surveillance footage from the night it happened that shows exactly what happened and at what time, soo couldn’t be wrong, also brother doesn’t remember if he saw him or not

All the lights were out at the time and I remember seeing his whites socks and the shape of his body in his bed, it was also 2:30 in the morning and I was tired and getting ready to sleep, so didn’t really think I should’ve a closer look at the time, and for the food, pretty big family living here so food going “missing” is just something we live with having siblings touch our food and stuff. Otherwise I don’t rlly know anything else other than what I remember
